Before Booking Please Note..

Our Salon Policies

  • ALL NEW CLIENTS must book their first appointment ONLINE and pay the $25 deposit

  • Same day cancellation = 50% of service cost

  • No Show = 100% of the service cost and cannot rebook 

  • Canceling with LESS than 24 hours notice (perhaps the day before)- $25 fee or forfeit of deposit 

  • Late fee - $10 (after 15 mins late), After 30 mins appt will be canceled 

  • Deposits- Are used to reserve appt, and will be deducted from service cost. If you cancel your deposit is non-refundable. If you reschedule it must be within the same week to retain the deposit.

-ALL new clients require a $25 NON-refundable deposit. You must pay this deposit with 24 hours of requesting an appt. If it is not paid your appointment request will be declined. This is credited towards your service. If you cancel your appointment you will not receive your deposit back.

-When you book online you will be asked to input your credit/debit card number, your deposit is not taken from here, an email will be sent to you to pay your deposit so please check your email frequently., please No extra guests, including children or spouses.

-Late fee after 15 minutes is $10.

-No Show-100% of service cost and cannot rebook until the "no-show" fee is paid in full.

-Please arrive to the salon with hair detangled thoroughly. A $10 fee will be applied if we must take the time to detangle hair completely prior to washing.
